iBuyer Programs On Hold
Back in January I wrote about the various iBuyer programs out there providing cash settlements to sellers, often to the sellers disadvantage. I’ve recently discovered that these programs have been put on hold until we come out of this situation with the country. They will resume at some point, but in the interim we are going to have to rely on good ol’ marketing strategies for selling your home and which will net you MUCH more money to begin with!
The point I wish to make is that I have the ability to get offers from all of these programs through RE/MAX, so if you still want to use one of these programs because you don’t want to go through the process of selling your home through traditional measures, MAKE sure you reach out to me as I can help in this department as well.
