Mark made my experience of selling my home stress free. He exceeded and went beyond my expectations. He did all the “leg work” required in the process of selling my home. I would highly recommend him to anyone in need of selling or buying their home. He goes above and beyond to get the job done right! He sold my home in less than a week!

Mark handled the sale of our house under difficult circumstances and managed to do a fantastic job! He was sensitive to our needs, responsive to our questions and on top of the situation at all times. While a relatively new agent, he didn’t always have immediate answers, but always made sure to reach out to his many resources to gather the information needed, and did so without delay. I will be using his services in the future and recommend you do too!

Mark listed and sold my house which had been a rental property for a couple of years. He was very helpful in making suggestions on what I should do to fix it up in order to get it listed and sold quickly, but was also mindful that I didn’t want to invest a fortune in upgrades either. Mark also had a stager come in and do some minor staging while my renters were still there to fill in the gaps which helped to make it show better; we were able to get good brochure pictures from this as well. We had a couple of deals that fell through on the buyer’s side, not ours, which was disappointing for me – Mark remained positive and continued to do showings and open houses until we found the right buyer. As a side note, the buyer ended up being someone Mark met with at one of his open houses! Mark is always on time (usually early), professional, responsive, a good negotiator & he is a native of Colorado which I think provides him with a great advantage. I would definitely recommend Mark if you are looking to sell your home!!!

Mark is amazing! Best realtor experience I have ever had. He made great suggestions for things that would help me sell quickly. I did them and was so happy to sell my home for over asking price in just a couple of days. I recommend him every chance I get and will use him in a heartbeat if I move back to Colorado.

I’ve worked with many different Colorado real estate agents over the years, but from now on, I won’t work with anyone except for Mark Fuller for either selling or buying a home. He is an exceptionally hard worker and is on top of every detail. He recently sold a property for me and it went the way it’s supposed to go—he managed all of the parties involved, acting proactively to make sure everything was ready on the dates they were supposed to be. He stayed constantly on top of the buyers, their broker, the finance people, the title company, etc. and keeps them from flaking out, which we all know they are prone to do–and will do–unless someone constantly rides them and keeps them working toward their deadlines! His listing advice was sound too…so listen to him! He really knows where properties need to be priced and how they will appraise. I had 2 offers within 48 hours of listing. I would highly recommend Mark… he really knows the market and he will spoil you with his amazing focus and diligence.
